      Enjoy a carefully curated tour finishing with a tasting of our fabulous offerings.

      See where and how we make our legendary wines and explore the variety by tasting a flight selected by our winemaker which consists of 5 wines, 2oz pours each.

      Available every day from opening to 7pm. After 7pm wine flights are available by appointment only to ensure that SGW guests receive the experience we intend to provide.

      Unfortunately, we are unable to share flights.

      Region: Tuscany, Italy
      Type: Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sangiovese

      Grapes harvested in the Tuscan region of Italy, this wine consists of 3 varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sangiovese. It is Italy's answer the great Bordeaux blends and can be described as a full-bodied wine with firm tannins, notes of cherries and currants with a delectable finish.

      Type: Sangiovese

      Sour cherry, dried cranberry and unripe blackberry notes accentuate minuscules of dried green herbs (oregano). Mouth gripping tannins on the palate, while the acid will make your saliva glands work out. Slight coffee, mocha, maybe a little chocolate accompanies slight leather notes. This wine goes well with our meat and cheese boards!

      Type: Nebbiolo

      A dry, burly and assertive wine with dark cherry iridescence. Intense and robust with notes of strawberries, a hint of dark tar, and floral aroma complemented by rich, earthy truffles. Our winemaker Bob’s favorite wine.

      Region: Barbera, Italy

      This is a very approachable wine that offers higher acidity and lower tannins. It is medium bodied with a sour cherry nose and a bit of earthiness. Bright, red fruit flavors of cherry and cranberry, with a hint of spice, tie it all together. Fresh acidity and smooth silky tannins make this a wine that can easily be enjoyed with or without food.

      Region: Rhone Valley, France
      Type: Blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mouvedre

      The classic Rhone Valley blend, this wine demonstrates why the Pope vacationed in this part of France every summer during the 13th century! A balance between fruity and earthy, this GSM blend offers a bit of candied fruit from the Grenache grapes, blueberry and plums from the darker Syrah grapes, and some floral aromas will waft in your mouth from the Mourvedre. Szilvia’s favorite.

      Type: Malbec

      Dark, inky purple color and ripe fruit flavors of plums, black cherry and blackberry give an almost jammy character on the palate. Smoke, earth, leather, wild game, tobacco and black pepper along with intriguingly spicy notes make for an interesting medley of aromas and flavors, and layers of complexity.

      A dark, rich wine with wonderfully concentrated flavors of juicy blackberry and blackcurrant with smooth, gripping tannins and an elegant structure leading to a magnificent, boldly oaked finish.

      Region: Monterey County, California
      Type: Syrah

      This wonderful Syrah was aged 4 years in stainless steel, then barrel aged for 6 months in Hungarian Oak to bring out all the tart fruity tannins and rum like aromas on the palate. Big, bold and heavy.

      Type: Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Zinfandel

      Dark purple in color with a nose of blackberry jam melded with creamy vanilla aromas and a touch of tobacco. Rich on the palate, it has smooth tannins intertwined with ripe plum and berry flavors, like an off-dry Merlot. The finish is long and fruit-forward, with the perfect amount of toasted oak.

      Like a true mosaic, the varietals in this wine each contribute their individual personality to create a harmonious blend. Aromas of red fruit with an undertone of smoke and spice. Flavors of juicy blackberry, raspberry, spice and smooth tannins give way to a lingering finish.

      Steely, grassy, herbaceous - the classic traits of palate-cleansing Sauvignon Blanc are here in this version sourced directly from the French countryside. Crisp and dry, this refreshing wine is a fabulous match with food, as its full, fresh flavors and wonderfully balanced acidity make it essential with chicken, fish and grilled vegetables.

      AWARD WINNING WINE

      Pink is unusual blend of Moscato and Zinfandel that will surprise your senses. This vibrant rose has notes of white peaches and apricot on the nose, with a touch of gardenia. The palate is a refreshing take on summer with ripe strawberries, melons and cantaloupe. This is a wine best paired with lighter dishes, friends and by the pool.

      California

      Our sparkling wine is composed of French Colombard, an offspring of the Chenin Blanc grape. All sparkling wines are produced in the Méthod Charmat, in which a cold secondary fermentation occurs in stainless tanks and then bottled under pressure. The grapes are grown in the fertile San Joaquin Valley of California. The soil composition of the vineyards consists of rich loam with alluvial deposits from granite sources of the Sierra Nevada mountain range which aids in drainage.

      Meats and cheeses served with bread or crackers, nuts, olives, in house pickled veggies, fresh or dried fruits and honey or jams. Please inform your server if you have any sort of food allergies.

    • Our Meats

      Traditional Genoa Salami: Hand-crafted according to century-old Salumiere traditions, our Genoa Salami boasts a robust flavor from an expert blend of pork and beef with peppercorns.

      Peppered Salami: Hand-trimmed pork blended with wine and Italian style seasonings and hand-rolled in coarse black pepper for a rich, peppery flavor.

      Capocollo: Also called Capicola, or Coppa. A traditional cured Italian meat specialty made from pork shoulder. The flavor is enhanced with subtle seasonings and patient aging of this dry cured product for a minimum of four months in natural casings. Slightly spicy.

      Prosciutto Di Parma: Imported from Italy, this prosciutto is aged over 12 months for a fragrant and delicately sweet taste. Salt is the only added spice.

      Finocchiona (Fennel) Salami: Coarsely ground pork and toasted whole fennel seeds slowly fermented for a traditional Tuscan style flavor.

      Sopressata: An Italian classic that blends hand-trimmed, coarsely chopped pork with savory spices crafted and naturally aged in the Old World tradition. Gives a Mediterranean flair to any cheeses.

    • Our Cheeses

      Manchego: Crafted from sheep’s milk, crumbly consistency and complex flavor, aged 12 months.

      Smoked Gouda: a unique blend of buttery gouda and mild cheddar. Naturally smoked with hickory and hardwoods. Rich, creamy flavor.

      Gruyere: earthy cheese, made with milk from small family farms in Wisconsin. Has a complex flavor with a hint of cashews.

      Goat Cheese: A tangy and creamy goats milk cheese. It has a rich, earthy flavor that recalls the grasslands of France’s rural Deux-Sèvres region. A fresh cheese that spreads easily.

      Herbed Mozzarella: Creamy Mozzarella Cheese, coated with an aromatic blend of basil, oregano, rosemary, bell pepper and garlic

      Brie: Imported from France, where this ripened delicacy evolved and is said to have been used as a form of royal tribute. French Brie has a bloomy rind and creamy interior.

      Provolone: A semi-hard cheese with a sharp, picante taste. Aged for a minimum of 4 months.

      Havarti with dill: Made in the traditional Scandinavian manner, this is a rich and buttery, semi-soft cheese enhanced with the flavor of dill.

      Cheddar: Sharp Wisconsin cheddar. Aged for nine months and selected by expert cheese graders at the peak of flavor, this distinctively sharp yet balanced cheese evokes the grassy dairy land of its origin.
