      Selection of cured meats and cheeses served with crostini or crackers, nuts, olives, fresh or dried fruits, mustard and honey or jams. Please inform your wine-tender if you have any food allergies or special dietary requirements. Our selection of meats and cheeses change quite frequently hence we are unable to list the meats and cheeses that are available today. Please ask your wine-tender if you have specific requests. Five Meats and Cheeses: $33 Seven Meats and Cheeses: $40 Additional items cost extra.

      Our newest pizza is the creation of our long time wine-tender, Devin. His love of cooking and flavors really show in this pizza. Red sauce, mozzarella, onions, mushrooms, Italian herb marinated white meat chicken, and two kinds of olives on top of this dinner pizza. Yummy!

      If you like jalapeno poppers, this pizza is for you. Red sauce, mozzarella and shredded cheddar goes under some good fatty bacon and pickled jalapenos. Spicy and rich. Add pepperoni for extra flavor.

      Ali is the letter "A" in our name "Sable", so it is pretty fair that she gets to name her own favorite pizza.

      Thin crust, tomato sauce, a nice sprinkle of mozzarella, then we add a wonderful coarse-ground pork salami, Sopressata. Once baked, a generous drizzle of honey and some fresh arugula goes on top.
