Dry red wines, such as our Amarosso, Loren or Atlas Peak Cab, work well with both hard cheeses and yellow cheeses. Sweeter wines, such as the Concerto, Almond Sparkle, or Son-Of-a-Peach, love to be matched up with softer creamy white cheeses. Have fun experimenting with a flight of tastings and different cheeses. Wine and cheese rarely argue with each other!
